Not Me Monday 3-2-09 Edition
Welcome to Not Me! Monday Geeez Groupies! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.
This past Monday I was not excited to make post #16 on MckMama's blog. Surely that could not be the high point of that day! I am not that competitive. Additionally I was not thrilled with all the hits to my blog and comments posted! That might indicate that I am becoming obsessed with my blog and I would not do that. I have a full life..... So I would not spend time trying to explain to my parents why this was a cool deal and what in the world Mr Linky is. And I would not get all excited at how cute I think my blog is now. And share that with my parents too. No, that is just silly and I am not a silly person!
That was not me taking a picture with my cell phone (because I did not not have my digital camera with me) of a placard in the TUTORING CENTER of my college campus. My college is of far too high caliber to have a notice that read "ESL Seminar: Pronunication" when they clearly meant Pronunciation. NO! We would not be trying to confuse all these people trying to learn English that way!
That is all for this week. My cat is staring at me and it is skeeving me out, so I will sign off for tonight! Ummm I mean this Monday morning, because I would not post my Not Me Monday on Sunday night just so it is all ready to go at a moments notice. That is just silly!

"Skeeving" a completely underrated and under used word. I have to work that one into my vocabulary more often. Now tell me, are "under rated" and "under used" supposed to be combined, two words, or hyphenates?
That is so incredibly horrible. It's happened at my school... and geez, you want to just crawl under a table and slap the person who hideously embarrassed the ENTIRE school by making one little spelling error. PEOPLE NOTICE THOSE THINGS!!!
Okay - I am done now. And calm. ~ Becky
Not that I don't once in awhile make a mistake when I am blogging. But that's different.
Isn't it?
Becky, it is only the same thing if you are a professional spelling blogger. Then it is inexcusable, lol.
Yes, Wayne, I think 'skeeve, skeeved and skeeving' are all under-used words. It is not quite the same as being freaked out... there is an added creepiness in their too!
LeAnn,
I am actually in MckMama country. The Frozen Tundra. MckMama grew up in the same town I did. She currently lives where my two daughters go to school. And, she and my niece are BFF. And everything she tells you about the Frozen Tundra? Well... it's true!
I like CA but I am afraid of earthquakes. I couldn't relax the entire time I was there!
